In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the m9win website accessible at https://m9win.vu, including all sub-pages, services, products, features, and mobile-optimised interfaces operated thereunder.
• "m9win" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the internationally licensed gaming entity operating the Platform and all services offered through it.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by m9win prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of configurable self-management features available to Players, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole account currency used on the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on m9win, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering voluntarily as an individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local law, regulation, or governmental decree.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of m9win or any affiliated software provider whose games are available on the Platform.
• You do not currently hold another active Account on the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or been subject to an account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

m9win reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are found not to be satisfied. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

To access real-money gaming products on m9win, you must complete the registration process and open a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number.
• You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. m9win will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility until you notify m9win of any unauthorised access. m9win strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication immediately upon registration.
• Account credentials are strictly non-transferable. Selling, lending, sharing, or otherwise transferring access to your Account to any third party is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• m9win reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for such a decision.

m9win operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, underage gambling, money laundering, and financial crime. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may additionally be triggered at m9win's discretion at any point during a Player's account lifecycle.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport for proof of identity and age.
• A recent bank statement, utility bill, or similar document for proof of residential address (dated within 90 days).
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered e-wallet showing the account name matches the m9win registration name).
• Selfie photograph holding the identity document, if requested by the compliance team.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in a format accepted by the m9win compliance team (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). m9win aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving a complete document submission. Withdrawals will remain pending until the KYC process is successfully completed. m9win accepts no liability for losses or inconveniences arising from a Player's failure to promptly provide required documentation.

All deposits on the m9win Platform are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to their source.
• m9win does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees levied by a Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
• Deposited funds are used exclusively for gaming purposes on the Platform. m9win does not pay interest on Player balances.
• m9win reserves the right to impose deposit limits at its discretion and encourages Players to set their own voluntary deposit caps via the Responsible Gaming Tools available in Account Settings.
• In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, Players should contact the 24/7 support team with the transaction reference number. m9win will investigate and resolve legitimate deposit discrepancies within 24 hours.

m9win processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is released for the first time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the m9win Account. Any mismatch in account names will result in the withdrawal being declined pending further verification.
• A minimum deposit activity requirement applies before a withdrawal can be processed. Players must have wagered at least the equivalent of their deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal is eligible for processing.

• m9win does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard withdrawal methods. However, in the event that a withdrawal is submitted and subsequently reversed or refunded at a Player's request, m9win reserves the right to deduct any bank or payment provider charges incurred.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards offered by m9win:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once only, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms and typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sportsbook bets, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and hold no monetary value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• m9win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in and commenced wagering, m9win will honour the bonus under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other Players to manipulate promotional mechanics — will have the associated bonus voided and their Account reviewed for potential suspension.
• Bonus expiry periods apply to all offers. Bonuses not utilised or wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry window will be automatically forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in each specific promotion's terms.

All games available on the m9win Platform — including slots, live casino titles, Bola Tangkas, Bandar Q, sportsbook markets, and any other gaming products — are governed by the individual rules applicable to each product, published within the game interface or the relevant product section of the Platform. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products:

• All game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino products, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in regulated studio environments. No game outcome on the Platform can be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by m9win, Players, or third parties.
• Sportsbook bets once confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled except where m9win's sportsbook rules explicitly permit cancellation (e.g., void bet rules for abandoned events).

• Maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within each game's interface. Placing bets that exceed published maximum limits may result in the excess portion being voided and any associated winnings adjusted accordingly.
• m9win's decision on any disputed game outcome, technical issue, or payout calculation is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 14.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m9win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited technical error are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer games, including Bola Tangkas and Bandar Q tables, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to process or clean funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening m9win support staff or other Players on the Platform.

m9win is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. The Platform offers a comprehensive suite of Responsible Gaming Tools that are configurable directly from a Player's Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at intervals of your choosing to track the time spent gaming in a single session.
• Net Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per session, per day, per week, or per month. When the threshold is reached, access to gaming is temporarily paused.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days. Accounts in a cooling-off period cannot be unlocked before the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration requested (minimum six months) and cannot be overridden regardless of subsequent requests to reactivate.

m9win shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures resulting from circumstances beyond m9win's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security measures, including keeping your password confidential and enabling two-factor authentication.
• Any legal consequence to a Player arising from their decision to use the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

In all circumstances, m9win's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited into the Player's Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m9win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or materially inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• At m9win's reasonable discretion where continued operation of the Account is assessed as posing a material risk — commercial, legal, or reputational.

Where an Account is closed by m9win for reasons other than a Player breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable period. Where an Account is closed due to a Player breach, m9win reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation, and to forfeit any bonus-related funds and associated winnings.

Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Pending bets, active bonus wagering cycles, and outstanding KYC requirements may affect the timing of balance return in the event of a voluntary closure.

m9win aims to resolve all Player complaints and disputes fairly, promptly, and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following procedure applies to any dispute raised by a Player:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, all complaints must be submitted to the m9win support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Please provide your Account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. The support team will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours.

m9win's records of game transactions, account history, bet placements, and communications are maintained in electronic form and shall constitute the authoritative record in any dispute. Where a Player's records differ from m9win's system records, m9win's records shall prevail unless the Player can provide compelling independent evidence to the contrary.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to pursue a complaint through any applicable regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body recognised under the Platform's international gaming licence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m9win holds its international gaming licence. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you irevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licensing framework for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the procedure set out in Clause 14.

m9win makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside its licensed territory. Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia or any other location do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. The fact that the Platform is technically accessible from a given location does not imply that m9win endorses or authorises its use from that location.

m9win reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, m9win will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the registered email address or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
